Last summer my go to smoothie was this one in a bowl.
This summer I have rotated between the Morning Sunshine and the Lemon Tart.
The Lemon Tart smoothie can easily be made into a smoothie bowl. Add avocado and maybe a little more frozen fruit.

Lemon Tart Green Smoothie
Juice from one lemon
one green apple cored and sliced
1 cup organic bitter greens mix (kale, chard, and spinach)
5 small cauliflower florets
1 tsp matcha powder
1 cup frozen organic pineapple
1/2 – 1 cup coconut water (add more for thinner consistency)
- unsweetened shredded coconut
- unsweetened cacao nibs
- flax seed
- MCT oil can be added for extra healthy fat
- Blend in Vitamix on high until thoroughly combined and smooth
- Pour into your favorite glass and enjoy!
