What is Telehealth?
It is the use of technology to support long-distance clinical health care and professional health-related education. It consists of internet based videoconferencing. In short, it is virtual Physical Therapy.

How to prepare:
- Attend your virtual visit from a private space with some room to move around.
- Set up your computer or phone video on stationary surfaces so you can perform movements that can be seen in full view.
- Ensure all browsers are up to date and you have a strong internet connection.
- Wear clothes you can move around in, just like when you exercise.
- Consider having all related exercise equipment nearby and accessible.
