Find Freedom

from Pain and Gain Freedom of Movement

Are you stuck in

persistent pain or dysfunction and longing to be vibrant and active again?

If you’ve lost faith in your body’s ability to heal, or the medical community has let you down, I’m so glad you’re here. I want you to know, there’s still hope!

You likely haven’t healed because no one has listened long enough to discover the real problem. And we all know that band-aid solutions don’t work for long.

Together we’ll connect the dots to finally get to the root of your issue — and from there develop a solution that will work.

I want you to have hope again.

This does NOT have to be your “new normal.”

My Approach

Everything is Connected.

I developed the Remedy PT Wellness Cycle not only from 20+ years of studying my patients and the human body, but also from my very own experience. Together we’ll consider all these factors and the effect they’re having on your pain or dysfunction.

“I had no idea how much my breathing, mindset, stress, and movement affected my condition! When any of these areas starts to falter, there’s a noticeable change in my body. But now I am empowered with the tools to control it!”

– T.N.
