Thank You

Hi!

Thank you for requesting The Persistent Pain Playbook. This is not another guide to “heal your pain in 3 easy steps.” Promises like those never last. Instead, the playbook is meant to offer hope as it guides you to think differently about pain and empower you to keep moving.

Changing your beliefs about pain and achieving independence are two key requirements for successful outcomes regarding persistent pain. (source: https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/27013577/)

As a physical therapist, my desire is to see people in pain have less fear and gain greater confidence in movement. Too often physical therapists and the medical community have fed into the fear which makes people feel fragile rather than resilient.

Feel free to print out the playbook, take it to your personal physical therapist and use it as a framework to get off the sidelines and return to what you love with confidence.
